T-O Engineers (formerly Toothman-Orton Engineering Company) is a general engineering firm licensed to practice engineering in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Montana, and Utah. The firm maintains two permanent offices in Boise and Coeur d' Alene, Idaho allowing us to provide local control and responsive, uninterrupted service to our clients.

Over the course of more than 40 years, T-O Engineers (formerly Toothman-Orton Engineering) has grown to over 30 employees. Licensed to practice in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, and Utah, the company maintains two permanent offices in Boise and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, allowing us to provide local control and responsive, uninterrupted service to our clients.

The employees of T-O Engineers possess a broad range of technical and administrative skills and experience. Ownership of the firm resides with senior project managers who are actively involved in project planning, design and implementation which makes the success of our projects and satisfaction with our services paramount at the project level. Our four member Board of Directors is composed of corporate stockholders who are themselves active project managers engaged in the service disciplines offered by the firm.
