SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER
The Coeur d'Alene office of T-O Engineers is seeking a motivated Professional Land Surveyor to start and oversee a survey group within our established civil engineering office. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage survey projects including all survey aspects of Civil projects. Duties will include land description preparation, topographic design surveys, boundary surveys, preparation of right-of-way plans, records of survey, subdivision and condominium plats, ALTA surveys, and construction calculations and layout. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work with clients on unique and challenging projects all-the-while being a dedicated team member willing to work in a professional office environment as well as in the field on project sites.
Position Requirements Include:
- PLS license in Idaho and Washington or possess the ability to obtain in both states.
- GPS/RTK experience required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proven client and business development ability is preferred.
- Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation experience a plus.
- ITD right-of-way plan preparation experience a definite plus.
- Airport Surveying experience a plus.
- GIS experience a plus.
