Amelia Pays

As a Project Coordinator, Amelia provides administrative assistance to the Engineering Department for the Heber City, Utah Office. She prepares federal and state grant requests, contracts and amendments, DBE goals, and categorical exclusions. In addition to her construction and design assistance, Amelia also helps issue building permits for the Town of Daniel, Utah which includes tracking the status of all active and past permits and annual review of permit revenue and expenses. When she’s not at work you can find her somewhere in the mountains hiking or sitting around a campfire enjoying all the beauty that Utah has to offer.
