Ryan is a second-generation civil engineer (he would have been a fourth-generation if grandpa hadn’t decided to become a CPA) and has been around engineering and construction from an early age. Some of his earliest memories are skipping school to spend the day on various large construction projects with his father. Through high school, Ryan designed homes during the school year and worked with a contractor building them in the summer which reinforced a practical approach to design and quality plans. With 19 years of experience, Ryan’s skill set includes project management and business development in addition to water resources, environmental, and municipal engineering. Ryan currently serves as the engineer for five municipal entities and is involved in a number of professional organizations throughout the intermountain west. When he’s not working, Ryan has a small farm with his wife and two children. He also enjoys alpine skiing in the winter and biking and camping throughout the summer.
