Tammy has worn many hats in her professional career including a Recreational Therapist in a psychiatric hospital, a College Prep. Advisor for a high school in Spokane and a Project Coordinator in the areas of substance abuse and violence prevention. She has over 18 years of experience writing and managing grants ranging from local organizations to the U.S. Dept. of Education and Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. She is most proud of her work in tobacco prevention for the state of Washington, having been chosen as a National Afterschool Ambassador for Washington and helping low-income, first generation students attend college. On top of her impressive resume Tammy is happy to have landed at T-O!
Tammy was born in Seattle and while she has lived there as well as in Pennsylvania but considers eastern Washington home. She enjoys spending time with her three kids, camping, attending concerts, traveling, college football, exploring her creative side, and being anywhere near water.
