T-O Engineers is grateful to have been a part of the I-84 Meridian Road Interchange project, recently selected as the ASCE Region 8 Project of the Year. Working with Parametrix and the Idaho Transportation Department, T-O oversaw all of the survey, right-of-way, utilities, and hydraulics of the project while working within a very tight deadline. Our team members, Steve Frisbie, Harvin Flores, Dave Sterling, Steve Holt, and Rob O’Malley, all played very large roles in making this a successful project and we want to congratulate them on the recognition and award as well. We look forward to working on similar projects in the near future and are always thankful for such opportunities.
