REVIEW OF FAA’S DRAFT AIRPORT DESIGN ADVISORY CIRCULAR

Published on Fri, 09/11/2020 - 09:35
FAA Draft Airport Design Advisory Circular
FAA Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5300-13, Airport Design has been the “bible” of airport design in the U.S. since 1989. It has been revised many times over the years and we have been using the current version, 5300-13A (13A) since 2012. The FAA recently released a draft version of this foundational guidance, 5300-13B (13B). We’ve spent some time reviewing the document and have a few impressions to share.
