Bryan has over 25 years of engineering experience, with 17 years as a consultant in the private sector and 11 years in the public sector at the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) and Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC). His experience includes hands-on project management, design, and construction experience in roadway transportation, water and wastewater, and floodplain development. During his time at ITD, Bryan was a Project Development Engineer at ITDHQ Materials, the QPL Engineer, and a Technical Resource Engineer working alongside the State Hydraulics Engineer. Bryan also served as a design engineer and project manager for multiple ITD roadway and bridge projects. As an LHTAC Federal-aid Engineer, he administered statewide consultant design contracts and gained experience in the funding process and working directly with local sponsors. Bryan has completed the ITD Project Management Academy/Bootcamp and the AASHTO National Transportation Management Conference.
Bryan was born and raised in Idaho. In his spare time, he enjoys his family and being outdoors big-game hunting, trail running, riding ATVs, and playing tennis.
