Conor was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. Conor left for Loyola Marymount University to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. There he developed his interest in hydraulics and hydrology. After completing his BS degree, he continued his education at the University of California Berkeley where he studied Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in environmental fluid mechanics and hydrology. For the next 4 years, he worked in the Monterey Bay area. Now back home in Spokane, Conor enjoys spending his free time playing golf in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
Conor is a Project Engineer with experience in wastewater, stormwater, and potable water infrastructure modeling, design and construction support. He has worked on a variety of municipal potable, wastewater, and stormwater projects. His academic work focused on water infrastructure design, hydraulic modeling, and hydrology. Conor’s modeling and design software knowledge includes AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPANET, Visual MODFLOW, and Matlab.
