Doug Blakney

Doug is a native Idahoan growing up in Coeur d’Alene where he learned to be a committed worker performing all tasks that came his way. He joined the T-O team in 2006 and currently serves as a Construction Manager, Civil Designer, and “Resident Project Representative” on several T-O projects. He has over 31 years of specialized experience in landscape design, civil design, construction inspection, including developing custom residential, commercial and airport projects. Doug’s background has led to various career choices and once he combined his expertise and joined T-O’s Airports team, airports have become his focal point. Doug enjoys all outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, gardening, and relaxing with family and friends.
