From a young age, Shayla has always had the personality and heart that really cared for people. Her ambition and drive supported her dreams all the way to an undergraduate degree in Speech Therapy, where she worked for a couple years as an Interventionist. As life changes, so did Shayla’s career. Throughout her schooling years, she worked in Administration, always striving to better the business she worked for. Upon joining T-O in 2016, Shayla gained further experience in administration as well as marketing. Her admin experience includes; invoicing, accounts payable, client liaison, inter-company event planning, and miscellaneous clerical duties. Shayla is organized and capable to do most any task set in front of her due to her ability to learn quickly. She is proficient in all Office Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop.

In the Marketing Department, Shayla has really had the opportunity to blossom into the professional she is today. Her current duties include proposal preparation, new hire on-boarding tasks, inter-company announcements and celebrations, social media marketing, creating and upkeep of all company materials, business development through networking opportunities, and strategic planning assistance throughout all seven offices. Her passion lies in maintaining the “work hard/play hard” culture T-O has today. Born and raised Idahoan, Shayla enjoys spending time exploring and enjoying life with her husband Kaden, their son Sawyer, and two dogs Rico and Callie. She is a lover of penguins, avid coffee mug collector, and has an affinity for all things “farmhouse”.
