Bill White has joined T-O Engineers as our Transportation Planning Services Leader. Bill has over 23 years of transportation consulting and project management experience with expertise in transportation planning, geometric analysis and design, funding procurement, and community engagement. He has provided transportation consulting services and support for metropolitan/regional transportation planning organizations, cities, counties, state agencies, the military, national forest service, colleges, and schools.
T-O Engineers is grateful to have been a part of the I-84 Meridian Road Interchange project, recently selected as the ASCE Region 8 Project of the Year. Working with Parametrix and the Idaho Transportation Department, T-O oversaw all of the survey, right-of-way, utilities, and hydraulics of the project while working within a very tight deadline. Our team members, Steve Frisbie, Harvin Flores, Dave Sterling, Steve Holt, and Rob O’Malley, all played very large roles in making this a successful project and we want to congratulate them on the recognition and award as well.
