T-O will lead the utility installation and relocation elements of this landmark project. We are currently designing the first package, which will be the backbone of this $130 million project!
Boise Airport (BOI) recently completed a project which consisted of the replacement of three existing natural gas-fired hot water heaters within the Boise Airport terminal building with a new solar hot water system. The solar hot water system consisted of 12 rooftop solar thermal panels, a heat plate exchanger, two 300 gallon hot water storage tanks, and two new high efficiency gas water heaters. The design was completed by T-O Engineers and Musgrove Engineering of Boise, Idaho.
We are excited to announce that our work at Friedman Memorial Airport will be awarded with a "National Recognition Award" at the ACEC National Gala in April after also winning first place in the Transportation Category with ACEC of Idaho. We are proud of what our team has accomplished and for the recognition of their successful completion of this project.
T-O Engineers was selected for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) bronze award for the recent Felts Field Projects. The award provided recognition for the outstanding work on the Taxiways, Taxilanes, and Turf Runway reconstruction projects. These projects were recognized for correcting numerous non-standard conditions while replacing infrastructure that was at the end of its useful life.
